FLAT out LIED to get payment. DENIES agreements ever took place. RIPOFF nationwide

After 3 months of non-payment mbna [Tamara Jones] offered me an opportunity to catch up my payments, [May 25.8pm CST] and continue with a 5% interest rate if I qualified. We ran the numbers and I simply owed to much to meet my montly obligations. They suggested I move some debt around and call them back tomorrow evening.

I went to the bank, moved some debt around, and got into a position where I could meet my monthly obligation to mbna. So that evening I called [John Andres]and we set everything up, I brought all my accounts up to date, and scheduled a payment for the values THEY gave me (calculated at 5%).

The paperwork never came.

The statement still showed me up-to date with some fees removed, but the interest was still 27.9%
I called for the paperwork, it arrived, but only stated the accounts were closed. That month's billing statement arrived and it was SNAFU. The rate had not changed on that month either, so the finance charge was higher than the scheduled payment, which equated to a 39$ late charge, this of course put the account over limit for another charge. The following month I again brought the account up to balance [$79], and began researching what was up with my 5% agreement.

Nobody on customer service had a CLUE what I was talking about, and said they saw no record of an agreement, nor does mbna offer such services.

The closest thing I could come to was a helpful girl that read something that said we had discussed a 5% agreement, but I never called back the following day to go throu with it.

I double check that month's phone records, and it said it I did call, and that It lasted 26 minutes. Now I have been calling that 800 number for a week, asking to speak with the only people that can un-hose my account, but they never are in-office, nor are they calling me back, and I've called at least 4 times.
