Ripoff Cash by morning doesn't have a phone, fax, or email server, Took money out of account

Around April or May I took out a pay day loan with this company. I was told the loan could be extended as long as I called 3 days prior the due date. I went out on maternity leave in June. I was able to get the loan extended, monthly, for an extra $40.

I just went back to work a few days ago. I tried calling Cash by morning starting on Aug. 10 to extend the loan until September, when i would be able to pay them off. I kept receiving a recording that said their phone was temporarily disconnected. I tried faxing and emailing them as well.

Friday, I went to the bank and placed a stop payment, thinking this would force them to call me. That didn't happen. They were able to take the money anyway. Now, I have no money to pay the electricity bill or buy the baby any formula.

What a rip off!

Anyone one have any other ideas?
