I got long term disability ins. Through my employer. I thought it would be good to get long term disability ins. Just case. Little did I know the headaches this thieving, lying, shiftless, moneygrubbing company would put me through.in the yr. 2000 I started to have back problems and was diagnosed with arthritis and 2 collapsed vertabrae. Despite numerous letters and faxes that were "lost", "not recieved", "doctors not in", "forms not filled out right", "wrong phone numbers", well, you get the idea I finally started recieving my disability checks in Jan. 2004.

Now earlier this year Ms. Torres says that they may cut off my checks if i don't try to find work. Even by a Capacitive Functionability Test that was done by a facility of thier choosing said that I could not stand, sit, raise my hands above my head, walk without a cane, lift more than 10 lbs. Sit more than half an hour at a time.

When confronted by that bit of info. I was told to lie on the employment app.By another of Ms. Torres associates. Last I heard that can get a person fired. Now after spending $400 on an MRI and $100 on consulting fees. I am told that may still not be enough to keep from getting cut off in Sept.

I have x-rays and other MRI pictures, doctor reports and bills out the wazoo since I have no longer have health ins. It just seems that CIGNA won't be happy until they are taken to court. This has been hard on my husband who has a heart attack, has sleep apnea, asthma, congestive heart failure and high blood pressure. I hope nothing happens to him because of all the stress that Maggie B. Torres and CIGNA has caused us.

I find it unbelieveable that people like Maggie B. Torres, who must have a family and probably believes in some kind of religion, can treat people like this. If she believes in GOD doesn't she realize that she can go Hell for lying? I hope GOD forgives you Maggie B. Torres, because i do not!!
