Sent me the same bullcrap saying i was approved, ripoff

CCS sent me the credit card with a limit of 6500.00, I saw it was a scammed first off because the card did not have a visa/mastercard logo. My credit is not that well sooooooooo no one is going to send me 6500.00. PLEASE do not call the number!!!

Question: If I did not call the number will they still charge me?

Question: Who is selling my name and information to these people?

For now on I am using the address 123 South Seaseme St. So now all junk mail will be sent there.
