Ripoff, dishonest, non-documentative, rude, unprofessional

August I received a letter from Anderson, Crensaw & Associates stating they received a deliquent bill from Protect America alarm systems. Stating I had an unpaid debt of XXXXX amount of dollars.

When I called to discuss the letter 3 different CSR's called me a liar, threatened me (told me they would come to my home), told me I was uneducated & I needed better parents. These individuals were also very adolescent acting. Hanging up, yelling into the phone to over talk me. Even the operator at the office carried on, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they played phone tag transferring my call amongst each other.

I called the corporate office number and the individual I spoke stated that he could not believe what I told him because he was not on the phone.

This company will put items on your credit and harrass you without proper documentation of debt. They also informed me they were pulling an inquiry of my credit.
