First national is a rip off!

Today I call the company first national card sent me an application in the mail. I filled out the application sent along $43.00 US for the requested service fee. The card arrives to my home a week later. I called (702 734 1212) to activate the card and I was given another number (702 392 7555) to call and when I called the number, I find, myself listening to a recording asking for a $119 more. I called the first number back immediately and when I tried to explain they said I have to call that number back again. I went on in saying that I don't feel comfortable with this and I will not activate the card, I would like a refund on my $43. The operator on the line said that if I don't want the card, I should just throw it away. And he can't assist me on my refund because he doesn't know where or who I sent my money too. So now I'm out of $43 and on top of that I was treated poorly.
