I engaged U.S. Credit Management to assist in debt negotiation. They looked to be a reputable company when I initially did my research. There were no complaints filed against them when I originally signed on and they had the endorsement of a reputable sports figure.

Since then and approximately $5000 later, they have not done anything in regards to negotiating with my creditors. They were very good about calling me once a month to let me know they were taking a draft from my account but have never answered my questions regarding dispersement to my creditors.

Now that I want to cancel my agreement, I have been unable to make contact with anyone. No one ever answers the phone directly and no one ever returns my messages. I sent a certified letter requesting my refund which was signed for but have heard nothing since then and it's now over two months. I am now looking into filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney generals office but I suspect I will never recover any of my money.

Do not do business with this disreputable company.
