In February of this year I received a letter stating that I owed this company money. I have been trying to find out who this company is.
I don't remember doing business with anyone with this name. They said in the letter that they would make a settlement offer but it had to be in there by a certain date and the final payment two weeks later. If I didn't no other arrangements would be made.
I have been trying to talk with these people to tell them that I don't know who these people are. And I can't afford to pay half one month and half two weeks later. I would be willing to make payments but only if I owe what they say I owe.
If they are trying to rip me off I would like to know about it before I do anymore dealings with them.
