Ripoff, dishonest, do not respond to reasonable requests, no judicial permission to garnish funds from bank account, swindlers

Long story short, young 18years old, bought a car a total lemon required 400.00 in brake work, couldn't make the payments lost job, had to move across state line for job and family problems. Dealer a total fraud, since out of business. Auto Finance on 49th and L. Dealer put on docs. That I had traded off an S10 pickup that I never owned. Brought to my attention by the DMV, had to pay extra to license, no big deal.

Fast forward to august notice of suit filed, although SOL was near out. Dealing with these morons since then. Wrote letters to them requesting copy of contract. No response. I only pay because they threaten to take money that goes to feed and house my kids. Do they give a flying shit? Nope. Complete jerks. Asked for garnishment of bank account in July for different amount than is written in what appears to be an order from the local District court, although not signed by a judge. Seems to be a total ripoff.

Nothing but threats, no response to questions. It took 10 times for them to quit addressing me by my maiden name even though I have been married for the last 8 years. Took the better part of two years to get a transaction history. Forgot to mention that no credit was given for what the car sold for at auction, which was 1100.00 which would lower the debt considerably. I am sick of these people thinking that they can get away with this atrocious conduct.
