Take it from a former employee. This is not a company you want to do business with. I am not a scorned ex-employee as I am working in a much more ethical environment now where I am doing honest business and making an even better living than when I worked for the crooked Wilmington Finance.

This note is not intended to sabatoge WF, it is for the benefit of anyone considering doing business with the company. Save your self the trouble and take your business elsewhere. The operations at Wilmington Finance are so crooked that I still cringe when I think about the unethical practices that took place there. Spend a little extra time looking for a loan. There are plenty of loan officers and brokers in the business that will do a good job for you and make sure you get a fair shake.

If you got a loan from Wilmington Finance anytime before it is likely that you got a fair shake. Once the new regional manager, Anna Davis, was put in control, the values of the company went right out the window. So heed my advice, and no matter how convincing the loan officer is on the phone, don't be fooled. That loan officer has no control over your destiny. The management will make sure that the loan officer will handle your loan in an unethical and dishonest fashion that will surely leave you in a regrettably bad situation. Keep in mind, your home is probably the biggest investment you have. Don't let an evil scoundrel like Anna Davis handle that investment for you.
