Took my money from paypal, didn't send item & ignored my emails and phone calls Ripoff

I ordered a Crosley Turntable for my husbands birthday on 3/18/05. His birthday came and went 4/11. I emailed 4 times and called 3 times never heard anything from them. It's now July four months later, Paypal won't do anything about it I waited past their 45 day limit. Now it goes to our collection agency. I'm out $194.49, and a little dissapointed with Paypal!!!
