May be a rip-off

These two little fellows (no pun intended) have an infomercial on how to make money buying and selling real estate with no money down. After checking out the web site there is a section on the refund policy BUT I could find no mention of money but there seems to be something after you sign up. It appears to me that the cost part should be right up front. On the infomercial thay show a few people with who they claim made thousands in a short time but no mention of how many made nothing.in the refund process the material has to be returned within 3 days and only under the process they mention.
I would stay away from it.
