Do they ever stop? Ripoff

Filed for chapter 13 protection feb. Paid ALL off in march of this year ocwen sent discharge papers by me and the court. Ocwen acknowledges they received them.

Here is where it gets fun. (Did I say fun?)

Got bill for april payment said it was 615.00. Paid it.in may got bill for may payment. It read 1300.00 doubled.

Called ocwen talked to "andy" in india. Haha "andy assured me this was in error. I reminded "andy that "ocwen" stays in error. Nuff said.

I paid mays bill for 615.00. Got junes bill. Now it reads well over 2,000.00. Called the fine folks in BOMBAY again. This time I got to talk to "dennis". I asked "dennis" if he had the foggiest idea of what the hell was going on? He replied and I quote "no sir I do not but I'm sure I can find out for you in about 3 months". I was sure this was a mis-statement and good old "dennis" said it was not.

Today I got the bill for july's payment for 3,650.00!! Yep you read correct. Well I called the kids in BOMBAY. I swear this time I talked to a young lady named ANNE-MARIE. Now I know I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed but GOOD LORD OCWEN. If you insist on out-sourcing your labor to india have the people there give us their real names!!!

In no way do I blame the good boys and girls in BOMBAY. They are just doing what orlando and carol stream illinois tell them to say and do, from hanging up on you to giving wrong info on purpose. Oh and by the way all 3 of these kids ANDY, DENNIS & ANNE-MARIE related to me that to their knowledge the people in ORLANDO do not have telephone #s. Welcome to our "MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR"
