My Bank is Robbing me Help Ripoff

Hello,

I have disputed two charges on my account with Compass Bank in Leander, Texas on June 10th. I was told that paperwork would be sent for me to fill out. It had been a week and still no paperwork in the mail. After a week and many nsf charges, I was worried and went to my local branch to have them help me. They faxed the paperwork and I am still waiting and so far will have paid $800 dollars in nsf charges. Other legitimat checks bounced and that total is $193. I was told it would take only 3 days to get it resolved, but, today the bank said it would be 3 months! The bad part is I am a disabled widow of a veteran on a fixed income. I get paid once per month and have very little extra money. The way it stands now, I will not be able to make my truck payment or house payment in July, because the bank is also charging me $6 per day for having a negative balance. That means another $66 until my direct depost for social security come in on July 3rd. So, total I am out of $1200!!
