Swoops in and takes over with many fees and a messed up compute

BB&T came into our little town with our great hometown bank, and took over the bank. All of the sudden, we don't know anyone who works in the bank any more. There are numerous new fees added to our accounts, and lengthy notices in teeny-weeny print about other fees that can be incurred with or without notice. My favorite is that if you use your check card less than 3 times a month, you will be charged a fee. If you don't use your card at all, you will be charged a fee. So, you must use your card more than three times a month to not be charged a fee.
My husband has a business loan there, and they have yet to get his payments credited properly, at one point they had us owing for two months when both had been paid. And the president called us to warn us of impending foreclosure.
WE had one payment left on our personal vehicle loan, and weren't even late when we received two phone calls and a letter telling us that the payment was late and to remit it immediately.
This bank is the worst and we are seeking another place to move our money to. We've heard that there are so many people moving there accounts and that are very unhappy there. They don't care about people, that's for sure.
