Ripoff! NSF and OVERDRAFT fees are Bogus, Scams, and Deceitful!

To Whom it may Concern,

The reason for my letter is because Compass Bank has charged my account with overdraft fees totaling to $432.00, that I do not agree with. So far they have only offered to return $72.00 of those charges to me.

When I was made aware of these charges, I went into the Irving branch and talked with an employee who told me to check my register and that she would "email" customer service and someone would contact me. I still have heard nothing. This was a Friday, I'll give them the weekend and hope to hear from them on Monday.

My arguement with them is the excessive amount of overdraft fees and the policy for charging one every time you write a check or use your atm/debit card. Why do they allow you to use your card repeatly if they claim you do/do not have the funds avaiable in your account???

I am a single parent that could use that money that Compass Bank stole from me. Now I struggle to make ends meet somehow.

Rest asure that this battle is not over and there will be resolution!!!
