Fraudulant company, keeps info second time, no contact info, no correspondance at any time will take twice the money

I was taken four years ago by the same company I am reporting now. They are trying to take my money again! They have no contact number where you can talk to them, but if you don't they remove your money from your account anyway. I am wondering how to contact them, once again or they are going to take my money once more. Can someone help me?
