Waited over two weeks to get new atm card, and they still didnt send me it

Requested a new ATM card because the old one was stolen and in two weeks, they still havent sent me the card. I called and spoke to a representative, and she said that the card is on the way, One week later, I didnt get the card, and the representative said she will place the request again. Well its another week later... And I still havent gotten the card the representative this time told me to wait a few more days.

Im frustated because I have no access to my cash that is being directly deposited to this account, and without an atm card, i cant withdraw any money. I live in a different state, so i cant go down to the branch, and they will only western union the money to me with a charge of 25 dollars.
