Your suppose to get a credit card for 15,000 pre-approved if you send them $43.00. Don't do it. I did it they cashed my check and I have never heard from them since. There is no phone number so you can contact them. On the certificate it states that it is fully enforceable by federal law and the state of California. This is a bunch of crap. Don't let them rip you off like they did me.
