Ripped off by

I applied for the card, then I tried to cancel the account numberous times. I called so many times they said it was cancelled well the i got my bank statement they still tried to deduct the 199.00 processing fee out of my account after i had called and canceled. I called the bank to but a stop of the debit, Capital choice kept debiting my account 3 times making my account -$29.00 every time. They finally got the 199.00, but i tried to call them for my money it is only a run around, they never answer the phone or they will but you on hold.
