Refuses to provide documentation on debt it's collecting ripoff

Let's unite to shut these guys down. Go to www.ftc. Gov. Click on 'consumer' bar along left side of screen. A screen will appear with a 'file a complaint' button.

The Federal Trade Commission works on behalf on consumers to make sure companies comply with laws. Obviously, they have broken several laws, but may not be on the FTC's radar unless several people complain.

There's HOPE! The FTC recently raided the headquarters and changed the locks on the doors of a similar bottom-feeder collection agency for breaking the same laws as NCO.

We need to band together to get noticed. I'm just one person — I can't do it alone.
