Ocwen Federal Bank
Harrasement by Phone over account that I do not and never did have Ripoff

I have been receiving calls several times a week for the last three months from Ocwen Federal Bank. They tell me that they want me to pay a balance on a Master Card that they say is in my name. Let me note that each time they call, they amount is different. I have also told them not to call me, that I have NEVER had a Master card with the company that they claim they are collecting for, Household Arcord Bank.

Today I got another one of their calls. I told this man that I have never had a card with them, and asked when this account was opened. He told me in 2002. He then proceeded to tell me that the balance is $802.00 (still a different figure from the other calls), and told me that the last payment I made on the account was in 2001. Hmmmmmmmm... If this account wasn't opened until how on earth was a payment received on it a whole year before? He had not have an answer to that question. I told him that they are never to call here. He told me they will call here as often as they like. He quoted my name and address, and gave me the last 4 didgits of the alleged Master Card Account.

I then began to read him the information I found about their company being a rip-off, and that there are law suits against them. He told me to "believe what you want, but you owe us money".

I do not know how to get these people to stop calling here. I am very annoyed, and very upset that they information on me. If anyone knows how to stop them, I would appreciate hearing from you.

This company has harrassed me repeatedly, and I am worried that they maybe involved with identity theft of some kind. If you are having the same problem with them, maybe we can do something together to get them to stop
