Illegal overdraft fees! Should be called waste your money bank ripoff conneaut

I have been banking with Keybank for short time, since I have truck loan throught them, I thought would be good to have checking there also. Prior to opening, spoke with John, the manager at Keybank in Conneaut. He stated that the "online banking is live UP TO THE MINUTE." He also stated that "right when transactions happen, they appear that very minute on the online banking". AND John stated that "deposits are instant and can be used as soon as deposited". So, I thouht GREAT BANK! Opened checking account and did not really use for couple months, since still had one at Skybank.

Well, all of a sudden when I did use, wham. I was hit with approximately 15 to 20 overdrafts!
Unreal! How could this be? I checked online daily had money in account. I received notices in mail. These notices stated that I had money in account to cover all transactions but was still charged Overdraft fees of 32.50 each 4.50 each 1.75 each!

Talked to John. I asked him to please pull up my account on screen, which he did. I then noticed that this screen showed that I had sufficient available funds in account to cover all transactions. I asked John to print this up for me. Well, he would not do. I asked why? He stated "I am not allowed to!"

I insisted three times to get this print out of my own checking account. He would not do for me and then told me to close my account! I said I am not closing until this mess is corrected. I also told him that I did not appreciate his lies; online at Keybank is NOT LIVE! (I was getting transactions from about one week previous just coming up on screen). And deposits are not able to be used right away either!

Keybank is the biggest rip off! And i believe these overdrafts are charged illegally. Need help here. And regarding their pending policy. I was never given any notice as stated in paperwork regarding any changes. However, i still had available funds in account! Thank you.
