Like many others my wife was ripped off through the credit card, computer, cell phone scam. I have been put off for months. And have had to deal with another company that handles complaints and, refunds. I know this is going to be a surprise but they have done nothing for me. You know what the old saying is "birds of a feather flock together". Although they got my wife for $354.90. They must have raised the cost even the scam artists can't survive in this economic world. I welcome any responses and will participate in a class action if contacted.
