Issuing checks that are not good

I was contacted by someone on a dating site and they supply info that they are from chicago and she needed my help after getting to know her that she was in another country and was robbed and needed me to cash her payroll check so she could afford to come back home. That they would not cash payroll there for her and she sent checks through qchex.com. They issued check without verifying account and check was no good
