Unjust charges and HORRIBLE customer service RIPOFF

I wanted to say something about this bank. They are the worst credit union I have done business with. I believe they are doing unjust charges on peoples accounts; at least that is what I have exprienced. And I called to see if someone could explain it to me, and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and was talking down to me like I was a stupid child or something, which I'm not.

I'm a grown woman who deserves to be talked to like an adult. And I was being nice about it and did not deserve to be talked to this way, and when I was explaining why the charges did not make sense to me I got hung up on!
I just cannot believe the way we have gotten treated from this bank, and will no longer be doing business with them and plan to tell everyone we can not to do business with them either.
