Ripoff guaranteed credit card received nothing will not refund my money

I received a phone call offering a credit card for $129.95. The amoint was taken out of my checking account on June 23. I never received anything in the mail from them and have been trying repeatedly to get a refund.

They claimed I would only get $100 because they charge the $29.95 as a processing fee if cancelled. I finally agreed but have not even recieved that amount. If you try to call, it is either busy; you get an answering machine or when someone answers you get the runaround. I have been promised this refund several times with no results.
