Advertised as a legitimate work at home program, mailed them a check to pay for it, did not receive what I paid for RIPOFF

Cybernet Marketing aka Empire Publications advertised a legitimate work at home program in the Salt Lake Tribune.
I sent them $34 (check) via USPS in January to pay for it.

They did not send anything back. When I called the company number to check the status of my order, I got an answering machine message (something to the tune of how about how they were overwhelmed with orders but to keep checking back, it will be mailed shortly).

It's mid April and i have not heard nor seen anything from them.
