Ripoff

Got two letters one saying I'd won but didn't give me a for sure amount but I had to mail in 21.95 for processing did that and later got another confirming I'd won positively 167,900 but had to send another 21.95 for imed. Processing did it again stupid me and I have recieved anything yet especially not a check but every week now I'm recieveing letter asking for anothe 21.95. I feel this is wrong and this person or company need to be found and dealt with, I think everyone they lied too the company or person should be forced to pay.
