Ripoff, accepted payment, left town and did not keep scheduled appt. Requested refund. 30 days gone. Have not received refund as assured I would. I was stood up multiple times Town Creek Alabama

I had a consultation in approx last Thursday in Feb. Paid consultation fee as agreed. Thought I'd go ahead an pay almost half the agreed fee since I had extra cash. She scheduled me to return 5 days later.

Upon returning the office that was lending her space was not aware where she was. "We haven't seen her since last week." "You are not the only appointment she has missed." I had called her from my cellular. She did not answer. They called her from their office phone. She answered and informed me that she was in Chicago in traffic. I told her that I was at her office for the 4 pm appt. She was cold in spirit. Therefore, I asked her for a refund before she would start any work on my behalf.

Multiple meetings have been schedule to return me the 225.00. No contact was made on her behalf to explain why she did not meet me to make the refund. I have had to make the contact to asked what happen. Could you please assist me in locating The Grant Writers Association. I have been advised to contact the local BBB's in Morgan, Lawrence and Madison Counties AL.

I am not in the business of black balling any legatimite business. However, I would like to prevent others from being a victim of deceit and fraud. This lady was convincing. She stated that she was the youngest black grant writer. She left a staff of 5 running her office in Memphis Tennesse. If this is so, why doesn't she have the money to refund me? Help help
