MyPerfectCredit - cleancreditonline.com", "clear Credit", And, "my Perfect Credit" ripoff, unauthorized billing, did not provide me any services whatsoeve

I attempted to check my credit score online. The company was chosen solely because they claimed to be a, "completely free service".

I remember specifically that they asked me for my bank card number for identification purposes only. They claimed only $1 would be withdrawn and proptly redeposited, as soon as they could identify me as the actual credit holder.

I did not question this practice, because I have used other online services that use similar methods in order to verify ones identity.

After filling out the online application i was propted to check my e-mail. I checked my e-mail looking for some sort of confirmation. I assumed it would take time for the copany to process my information, since there was no imediated response. To date I have not recieved any sort of e-mail confirmation, and or services.

Upon reviewing my online bank statement I discovered that MyPerfectCredit Inc. Had infact charged an unaurthorized $30 to my account; (not the $1 i had expected). Furthermore, none of that money has been returned.

My statement showed a toll free contact number next to the company name. I attemted to contact them by that number several times, getting a busy signal.

I searched for "MyPerfectCredit Inc." online, inorder to contact them. Comming up with a list of complaints about the company and it's fraudulent charges.

I also discovered that the company has many alias' such as, "clear credit", "cleancreditonline.com", and "my perfect credit". The one thing all these names have in common, is the phone number, 1-877-469-7373.

I was also able to find an address for MyperfectCredit I called information inorder to confirm that they were based in Carson City, but the operator told me she had no listing for any of the names I provided.

The operator was unable to search by number because it was toll free. She also suggested that I contact my local Better Buisness Bureau.

Again I attempted to contact MyPerfectCredit Inc. And this time I got trough to a woman claimed to be a level one support provider. I told her about the charges to my account and requested to be refunded and have the subscription cancelled.

She asked me if I had cancelled after my free five day trial and I informed her that I was unaware of any trial period and that I had not recieved any services.

She claimed that she was unauthorized to provide me with a refund and told me to contact level two support via online to request a cancellation form and to request a refund.

I was told the only way to contact level two support was through e-mail. Or to leave my information with her and she would have level two support contact me after 48 hours. So I contacted them via e-mail and am awaiting a response.

I revisited the web address the company had listed. It did not look familiar to me. I do not believe that this is the company that I intended to signed up with.

No where did I find anything to with a $1 withdrawl. However the company does claim to be completey free.

I know I did not complete any application that authorized any charge to my account in the amount of $30.

Since I was never sent any sort of e-mail confirmation and did not use any of their services, I believe I am entitled to a full refund.

Sadly I should have kept better records of my online activiy to ensure my safety. If nothing else, I have learned a vauable lesson. To say the least I am disappointed and a little confused.
