Capital choice cunsumer credit ripped me off too

In late november, i also received a certificate from CCCC telling me i was gauranteed a credit card with a $5000 limit and that once i mailed in my one time membership fee of $39.00 my card would be sent out to me for use. So i mailed out my check on
some where around the 1st of the year they received it and posted it on the 10th shortly afterwards i received my card. But it was not an actual credit card like i had been led to believe instead it was a catolog to purchase murchandise and the promise of an application for a mastercard or visa to come, as well as a letter telling me to simply fill out the inclosed certificate to receive my thank you gift (which was a free cellular phone... But the certificate was not included!!!) there is no contact phone number or web site address. Nothing except a blank post card type thing to stater my coments on. It's like a pre-addressed complaint card to send in so that a customer sevice representative is supposed to receive and respond to (it asks me for a day time phone number to be reached at and for an account number which i don't have of course today is 2-20 ande i'm mailing off today i'll keep you all posted should by chance they do respond. Another lamb to the slaughter
