Ripoff! Fraud

My sister received a call in Chicago, where a timid sounding girl said she was trying to leave a message for me. They called me at once. I didn't know the number, which had to be star 69'd and did a reverse number search on it.

I then entered the number into the internet where this site showed up with a previous complaint agsint them. I have never had a credit card, and where this might be connected to a legitiment claim aginast me, I have no idea how they would find my sister, (she's married thus her last name is different) nor why they would call her as opposed to myself or my wife. I have never lived up there nor have I shared my sister's information with anyone.
