Charged $14.95 Fee to Pay Visa Bill Online After Cancelling Card

Bank One tried to increase the interest on my account if I wanted to keep their visa card. I did not want to have their card and cancelled it and continued to pay off the card as agreed with the present interest rate. I destroyed the card and do not have a code # on the card to pay online. Unfortunately I needed to use the service.

I know of no other company that would charge $14.95 just to pay a bill online. Beware this is not a customer orienated company that likes to retain customers. Please pass the word on to others to be aware of this company's business practices.
