Harrassment from

On 12/1/1999 I made a trailer payment for my son. Conseco claimed they never received my check so, I have faxed a copy (front and back) of the check to them 3 times. I have received numerous phone calls from them asking me to make apayment for my son. They always say they are researching the check I wrote. They have even told me that the person handling my son's account left the company and took all the files with them. When I ask them not to call me anymore they say they have permission to call me then they make the threat of foreclosing on my son's property if I refuse to make a payment. Just recently, (3/23) I received another request for a copy of the check to be sent to them. I have already faxed them a copy 3 times so, this time I will make a copy and mail it to them. Please tell me how to stop this harrassment?
