Pioneer Rocketplane Corporation was a tenant of mine for several years. With 12 months left to go on their lease and $30,000 owed, they moved out of my building. Owner George French hides behind his corporate shield and refuses to even attempt to repay his debts. His company is still in operation in Oklahoma where he is ripping off many others.
