Gold Card Scam

My name is Monica Stewart & on February 12th, I received a letter stating that I was approved for a Gold Credit Card w/a credit of 15,000 & 0% interest for 12 months. I mailed in 43.00 for rush processing and delivery on Monday, February 18th. On today, which is Wednesday, February 20th... I decided to look them up on the internet and found at that this is a rip-off. Will I be able to get my money back? I didn't realize that this was a scam until I read the information on the letter carefully. I feel that something definitely needs to be done. Please help me file a claim on this company to help me get my 43.00 returned back to me. Thanks!!!
