Richard Williams the area manager... Ha. Ha!!! Where do we begin??? I have never seen such corruption in my life, From the Strip clubs to the board rooms, Ameriquest managers do it all!!! As an employee at AMC you are treated like a piece of trash, The area managers know everything that is going on in their branches, but yet they are never held resposible. The area 51 manager knows about Fraud, sexual activities amongst employees, and flat out decieving their poor borrowers. Why in the world would a company as big as AMC keep these kind of people around?

Rich Williams has mastered the AMC way of treating people... I guess that is what years of training will teach you. Everyone thinks Rich Williams is such a nice guy, but they do not know the cruel and cold blooded person he really is. Anyone that is a top producing A.E. Will be overlooked for an A.E. That knows how to make fake w2's, paystubs, and change mortgage history. That my friends is the type of managers Rich Williams promotes! As a new AE. With AMC I was sent to South Florida for training. Boy was I in for a surprise. Training all day, Strippers all night! When the tab came who do you think picked it up... Rich williams. After a full night of naked women, boose, and whatever else was around, you had to be up at 8am. If you were late by even 1 minute, YOU WERE FIRED and sent home on the next flight. At AMC only the strong survive. And all I can say after my quick tenure there is one phrase that he taught me " IT IS WHAT IT IS"
