Lied and scammed me into believing that this was a legitimate credit card company and stole my 249 dollars RIPOFF

Once I came across this website and realized that this company CENTURION was indeed a scam I felt sick to my stomach. I was lead to believe that this was a legitmate company and I was going to receive a mastercard with a fixed interest rate of 3%. The only thing I had to do was pay $249 and the card would be on its way in 4 to 8 weeks. I was told that my name and number were refered to them by matercard and they are an affiliated company.
When 4 weeks had passed I called the customer service number and within 10 days I received a packet from CENTUION stating that the card would be mailed in 25 days once I provided them with additional information. At this point I was still hopeful that the matercard would show up.
It never did and by this point it had almost been 3 months so when I called the bank I was told there was nothing they could do about it because there is a 60 day limit on disputing charges. Being that I am a single mother as well as a student and money is very tight, crying seemed to be the only way I could release some of the frustration.
I decided to post my stories so those out there who have been taken by this company will at least feel that there are others out there who share your pain. This is so unfair and now I am out of almost 300 dollars and it seems to be nothing I can do about this. The crazy thing is they still call me with this bogus scam and I have told them not to call me and I am still getting harrased by companies who come up on my caller ID as 877SERVICES.
I have made this sound very simple but it all seemed very legitimate at the time but know I have learned how easy it is to get scammed and becareful cause now they have your information. I will continue to research how to stop this company from there distrustful ways.
