Mortgaged home in Feb. 2004. Was notified contract not legal and offered to pay us to have redone. After a year we have no legal contract nor paid as stated by in hand document.
Found we paid two payments per month for a year so ask for amoratiztion of which have yet to receive, this is March. After many attempts to contact we have no conclusion.
