Ocwen Bank. The banking nightmare that will nver end. How can they get away with it?

I was amazed to see how many people have been taken advantage of... Just like me.in each situation I read, the similarities were scary. Ocwen kept telling me that I was behind and I kept saying I wasn't. I even had proof, as you all did. That was not good enough.

I agreed to make up the one pmt to get them off my back. I thought it was taken care of by paying extra each month (I now know that as a forbearance plan) for 5 mo. At the end of those 5 mo. After paying extra each time, I recieved a forclosure notice (their famous pasttime for scare tactic) I called to find out what the hell now?

My pmts had not been posted for 3 mo, them were posted all at once in July. They argued with me that I had made one lump sum pmt of in July. I hadn't. Well, since that time I have late charges, attny. Fees, certified letter fees (which I never got) and am now 3 mo. Behind. What? After paying $75 extra on my loan for 8 mo.in addition to my reg. Pmt... And... Not missing on pmt... I was late for one pmt... Paid extra for 8 mo... And am now 3 mo. Behind plus late charges and misc. Of $1600 (which I have no explanation of) I spend hours on the phone daily trying to clear this up. I have figured out one thing... The supervisors are even stupider than the floor workers. The higher up you go on the chain... The more ignorant they are. And calls back???

Yeah right!!! So as for now... I am being forced to pay $75 extra per mo. For 11 mo... Or $1600 up front to catch up. Here is the catch. At the end of those 11 mo... I still won't be caught up for some strange reason!!!

We all need to get together and fry these SOB's from the bottom of operations to the top. How can we get in contact with each other? We should think about setting up a chat room somewhere and meeting at a certain time and figure out a plan of action before they drive us all to the poor house and/or the psycho ward.
