Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I am writting on behalf of my wife, she stopped her card w / next card due to high intrest rates before they went bankrupt her balance was under limit

She was sending payments on line through Bank of America the payments came back

The next thing she recived was a bill from credit card center in norcross ga saying she owed over 700.00 she paid on it for 2 yrs untill i I what was happing and stopped her she has gone from a ballance of less than $500. Oo to over $2000.00

I have talked to the FDIC and they can not prove she even got a letter due to it was not sent certified or regestered

We have sent certified letters to Next Card requesting them to send copys of the oringal bill that was given to them also the date they first contacted her with no responce very large time frame. Started this process in july 04 now mar o5

I was sent to the bank of Omaha talked to a woman Tynsse 678-533-6110 then sent to Scott Dalance 888-513-1882ext6239 now being sent to a mr Gunther ext 6226 no call backs

We need help I am now sending to BBB and Attorny General of Georga also the tax commision and any one else I can find
