Premier Benefits Aka Buyers Union ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing

I got a call from Premier Benefits stating the I would get a phone card and a $200 gift card for $3.95 just for trying them out for a month. When we (my wife and I) looked at our bank account online, there was a charge for $119.90 that we never authorized.
