Payoff Scam, Ripoff!

I overnighted my payoff to Americredit yet they cannot locate the payment. It was sent via Fedex and was signed for on 3/7/05. It is now 3/13/05 and they still have not located it!

I call them every single day out of the same courtesy that they have shown me in the past 3 years. If you are so much as one day late, they harass you every hour on the hour with constant telephone calls, half of which are irritating recordings!

The representatives have the audacity to become condescending each time I call now, which I find quite humorous! They have the nerve to get irritated at the fact that I call everyday inquiring about a $7,200 check THEY'VE lost! Amazing!

And the most rediculous part of all is that it was overnighted to THEIR "Payment Processing" address that they have listed on THEIR website for overnight payments! Isn't that amazing?

They can call me every hour on the hour about $300 yet they lose a $7,000 check and are not concerned!

I want the check found as soon as possible so that I never have to deal with these morons again!

I would not suggest for anyone to use Americredit, if at all possible. You are grateful at the time they approve you but then your life becomes hell having to deal with them!
