Ripoff fraudulent contracts harrassment

I started a small catering company and signed a lease with northern leasing systems to handle my credit card transactions, I filled out and signed a contract and sent it back to them, I filed for bankruptcy within my LLC, now they are trying to collect on a personal guarantee agreement.

The funny thing is the lease payment in the contract is less than what they were taking out of my account. Also the document is cleary altered, my signature is nothing like the handwriting on the contract, and I know I live in LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, not in LITTLE BEACH, ARKANSAS! C'mon guys you gotta try harder than that!

I've tried to do a payout with the company and return the equipment but they would not release a return address to me. They said I had to pay the FULL lease amount.

Now I recieved a letter from their lawyer saying I will be sued for an amount of 1,833.00 dollars plus legal fees. Apparently they ARE willing to settle for an early lease buyout. Funny how they changed their mind after I changed my phone number from the harrasing phone calls I recieved three times a day... I hope these scam artists are brought to justice, they do not provide you with a service, only with lies, trickery and deception.
