As listed in my report on the McDonalds in Riverview, Florida. The company forwarded this claim to the insurance comapny above and nothing was done for weeks until i called and they finally took my statement and then after another week i called back and left numerous messages for the adjuster and she would not call me back.

Her name is Lisa Earl phone #407-895-5095 ext#206. I did get in touch with her supervisor Hedi Green phone # 407-895-5095 ext#212 and she told me that Lisa was busy and that she would help me out with the clain, she reviewed the information and said that she would denie the claim, all i was asking for was the 1 day loss of work and the over the counter medications.

It totaled $180.00 then she told me that this happens all of the time and that the McDonalds Corp. Wants her to settle these claims so that is does not get out to the media, so she offered me $90.00.

At that time i did not want to argue anymore and i took it. She was to mail me out a release form and then i would get a check.

This was in January, i finally got the form in late January and sent it back to them and today after numerous request to check the status of my check they keep telling me that it was sent out on different dates and that they can't control the postal service.

When i called the franchise owner he told me that he was not aware that they were going to pay me anything that's what they told him.
