Credit card scam selling rechargeable debit cards not credit builders

I got a phone call on 2/12/05 and it was a very kind gentleman who was a smooth talker. He explained that it was a credit building card and i bought into it. He went over a simple contract plan and let me listen to a recording that explained the payment of 129.95 to recieve up to a $7500 credit limit. I recently went to the website and read the opening page which says that the card is a rechargeable debit credit card. I was not told that over the phone.

All I know is that the card is a crock and I am trying to contact the company but every time I call I get a recording that says push a number to get certain information. Number one is Member info and when I push that number it asks for my home phone number I put in my telephone number and it says that my account does not exist. I also have yet to recieve my card in the mail and they also offered me $100 in restaurant coupons that can be deposited in my bank accoount like cash to defer the 129 dollar fee and make it a 29 dollar fee. I have yet to recieve those as well. This company is a fraud and I hope people stop buying into it because it will get them no where but broke or hurting especially if they are trying torebuild like my husband and I.

I hope people get these rip off reports before they buy the card.
