LLC ripoff! Dishonest and fraudulent billing!

One day I check my mailbox only to find a letter from RJM Acquisitions. Not knowing where this is coming from I open the letter come to find out it's a letter saying that I owe Fingerhut some money.

So I'm sitting here thinking how I never had an account with these people so how could I possibly owe them some money. It took me a while to decide whether I should call these people. Finally I broke down and called them. I dial the 800 number that they have on the little bill that they sent. The phone rang twice and then someone answers.

I ask, rather I tell the man that I am speaking with that I think I received this bill in error, so he then proceeds to ask me what my name is. So I tell him. He then asks is the last four digits of your social *, so I tell him yes. I proceed to tell him well to honest sir I never had an account with Fingerhut so I don't know where this is coming from. He then asks me if I want to dispute the charges and I told him yes. He then told me I have to write a letter to them disputting the charges.

Now I dont know what to do after checking on the internet about this so called company and finding that other people have been scammed to. The only reason why I went on the internet was because most business' nowadays have a website and this particular company doesnt have one so it seemed strange. All in all I would like to join the action suit.
