Ripoff - took personal property, has not returned it

The owner of this company, Mary, took personal property from me and when I asked for it back tried to extort $100.00 before she would agree to give it back (which she stills hasn't done). If she will do this to one individual I wonder what she will do in a business transaction with any one of her clients. It makes me think that everyone should be leary of doing any sort of business at all.
