Complete fruad. Company needs to be investigated

Company demanded $2,000 up front to cover my 2005 escrow account in 2004. I refinanced my mortgage and still had to pay the fees. I contacted the Attorney General of Maryland and the US Comptroller. Customer Service harassed me one day after my mortgage was due and I notified them that I was refinancing the loan and that it would be paid off in 72 hours. They are not in compliance with federal consumer laws. BEWARE of this company. They will take you to the cleaners.
